What are the Requirements for the Illinois NCLEX Exam?

Illinois nurses tend to work in urban areas. However, some also practice in rural areas. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Illinois has 20.340 licensed practical nurses (LPNs). Illinois also has 61.140 certified nursing assistants. Only 200 certified nurse-midwives are APRNs in Illinois. The pay is average compared to other states, except for certified registered nurse anesthetists.
