Vaccination Policies
All nursing students at the school are required to submit a Health History form as well as an Immunization History form that provides proof of having received two doses of the MMR vaccine, two doses of the Varicella vaccine, and 3 doses of the Hepatitis B vaccine. In addition, students must submit a negative TB test received within a year of their start date in the program. Students with a positive TB exam must submit results of a chest X-ray . Students are required to submit a current copy of their immunization records to the Student Services.
