Volunteer Event-Vital, Blood Pressure, & Accu-Check July 30th , 2019
Free Community Service Event- July 30th, Tuesday Serving the community with the best healthcare practices is a worthy endeavour that not only promotes wellbeing but brings communities closer together. We, at Verve College, pride ourselves that we have trained students in LPN well. Recently, they have volunteered with their nursing instructor in the free community service event and contributed to its successful completion. We set our booth for health checkups that included diagnosing blood pressure, glucose levels (Accu-chek), as well as height & weight (BMI levels). Approximately 25-30 people stopped by our booth and benefited with quality checkups and support.
Student Appreciation Week: July 22nd , 2019 – July 27th, 2019

In recognizing such, we have established a student appreciation week. Verve College celebrates students by providing them a week of contests and refreshments and a few words of encouragement. This year, students participated in guessing games and a scavenger hunt. Every day the winning student received a goodie bag.
