Verve College staff reserves the right to edit/remove the contributions/posts and/or disable the accounts of any member who doesn’t abide with the listed guidelines or any reason deemed suitable by the administration for the safety and betterment of the community.
Account removal requests will involve removing personal and private data such as location, avatar, signature, etc. to protect the privacy of the individual, but the member accounts and postings will stay intact due to the creation of the threading of articles in the database.
Problematic posts/threads might be deleted or closed. Threads are closed to cool down passionate postings which have drifted off the original subject/topic; we will attempt to post warning notice prior to taking this action. Please be aware, the administrators do have the capacity to read personal messages.
In case of any breach, we have the right to:
- Remove or refuse to post any User Contributions or posts for any reason at our sole discretion.
- Take proper legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.
