Nurses cannot live without their Stethoscopes. Although they may sometimes be associated with “the medical professional,” these instruments have become an indispensable part of daily routine life for nurses and healthcare workers.
Furthermore, having a stethoscope available during an examination or monitoring vital signs is essential when a condition changes in the nursing fields.
Scissors with blunt tips come in handy during emergencies, such as when dressings for wounds are necessary or when cutting medication or clothing to make a dressing.
In nursing assistant programs in Illinois (technical training programs) with prerequisite courses & practical knowledge, students learn how to handle these scissors safely and effectively so they are ready for every situation.

This medical kit for home use could come in handy! It would help if you utilized toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion toothbrushes, and other hygiene-related items in long-term care facilities.
3. PENS
As a student nurse, I enjoyed collecting colorful pens to take notes on [I currently own two]. In addition to this chronic habit of collecting coloured pens to take notes with, my pencil bag always contained plenty of highlighters, pencils, erasers, and liquid markers, so much so that it felt like my collection surpassed anyone else!
Dry-erase markers are indispensable in updating patient records on whiteboards.

During my time in accredited LPN programs(online nursing programs), Every practical nurse always carries soap in her purse to wash their hands before and after handling patients to protect against exposure to bacteria, germs, and viruses.
